A holiday in the heart of the mountains – without cars, without stress. From our apartments and cabins you can reach everything on foot, and the children are picked up for ski school right in front of the house and brought back afterwards.
Just 70 metres to the ski slope – true ski-out. The location is quiet, with a large forest area directly behind the house. At 1,750 metres above sea level you stay high up on the mountain, very sunny, with an open view of nature. Access is possible all year round and parking spaces are available right in front of the house.

Your summer adventures at Katschberg begin right on your doorstep. The car-free Pöllatal – the valley of 1,000 orchids – invites you and your family to enjoy hikes, bike tours or a ride with the Tschu-Tschu train.
Horse lovers will find perfect conditions at the Alpine riding centre – from indoor arena to guided rides. A favourite highlight: a relaxing horse-drawn carriage ride that passes right by the house and takes you to the Pritzhütte in the Gontal nature park.
If you’re looking to cool off in the water, some of Austria’s most beautiful bathing lakes can be reached in just about 25 minutes by car.
